GlobePulse Pet Division

Pet transportation, handled like family

Domestic and international pet relocation with veterinary clearance, IATA-compliant crates, climate-controlled transit and a named coordinator throughout.

Live animals are never treated as general cargo

Our pet division operates its own vehicles, crates, handlers and documentation process, independent of freight operations. Every animal travels in a ventilated, temperature-regulated bay, is checked at each scheduled stop, and is signed over to a named recipient on arrival.

Trained handlers, never subcontracted drivers alone

What we will not compromise on

Animal welfare governs every routing decision we make. If a route, season or aircraft type is not appropriate for the animal, we will say so and propose an alternative rather than book it.

  • No sedation. Sedatives are unsafe at altitude and are never administered.
  • Embargo awareness. Heat and cold embargoes are respected without exception.
  • Snub-nosed breed policy. Brachycephalic animals travel only on approved routes and equipment.
  • Single-journey handling. Animals are not consolidated with unrelated cargo movements.

Pet relocation, answered plainly

For international moves, four to eight weeks is typical because rabies titre tests and import permits have fixed lead times. Domestic ground relocations can often be arranged within a week.
Where the airline permits accompanied travel on your route, we will book it and handle the check-in formalities. Where it does not, your pet travels as manifest cargo with the same welfare standards and our handler present at the terminal.
Vaccination records, microchip number, pet passport where one exists, and identification for the sending and receiving parties. We prepare everything else, including health certificates and import permits.
Yes. Each relocation is issued a tracking reference that shows milestone updates on our tracking page, and your coordinator sends direct confirmation at collection, departure and arrival.
Specialist live-animal cover can be arranged alongside the booking. Terms, limits and veterinary cost provisions are confirmed in writing before travel.
